摘要
在从炼油至后续深加工的石化产品生产中,会使加工设备表面沉积各种类型的污垢,从而使生产过程中的能耗增加,设备寿命缩短,严重时还会使污垢堵塞设备,使生产无法正常进行;为此,必须进行除垢清洗。本文主要以聚氯乙烯(PVC)生产装置中聚合釜内的污垢为清洗研究对象,针对污垢成分,采用正交试验法来确定适合的清洗配方。试验结果表明,以柴油为清洗基液,以三氯甲烷、N-N二甲基甲酰胺、OP-10和乙醇为清洗成分的清洗剂,能有效地溶解聚氯乙烯型污垢。高温有利于污垢的溶解,表面活性剂OP-10可促进污垢的溶解,使溶解后的污垢呈糊状。
Petrochemical production from the refinery to the subsequent deep processing production,the surface of the device will be deposited by different types of dirt,which will increase the energy consumption of production processes, shorten the life of the equipment,seriously,the dirt will plug the device which make the production can not be done normal-ly.So the dirt must be cleaned.In this paper,in order to determine the appropriate cleaning formula for the dirt in the poly-merization reactor of the PVC production plant,the orthogonal experimental research was done.Experimental results showed that the cleaning agent containing diesel fuel,chloroform,N-N dimethylformamide,OP-10 and ethanol,which can effectively dissolve the polyvinyl chloride-type dirt that shows paste after dissolving.
