基于图像处理的光轴平行性检测系统研究

摘要 针对光电系统关键部件光轴平行性检测问题,开展光斑图像采集与检测数据分析的技术研究,建立基于CCD相机及USB图像采集卡的图像采集与处理硬件系统,通过计算机驱动CCD相机完成光斑图像采集,对采集到的光斑图像进行数字处理,得到光斑质心在靶平面的坐标值。根据光学成像原理,计算出该光电部件激光光轴偏差的角度值,得到光电系统光轴平行性的装调量,为光电部件光轴平行性装调提供检测及数据分析工具。 The paper aimed at optical axis parallelism detection problem of the key opto-electrical system parts,the opti-cal spot image collection and detection data analysis were down,also the image collection and handling hardware system based on CCD and USB image capture card were built,through computer driving CCD,optical spot image collection was fin-ished and the optical spot it gotten was handled to get coordinate figure of optical spot in target plane.By means of digital image management to get centroid coordinates in the target plane.According to the optical imaging principle,the optical parts of the laser optical axis deviation angle value was calculated,opto-electrical system optical axis parallelism adjustment value was gotten,it provided the tool about optical axis parallelism detection of the key opto-electrical parts and the data a-nalysis.
