摘要
动平衡机用于对在旋转状态下的转子进行动平衡校验,对安装工艺和安装质量有较高的要求。结合笔者在32t高速动平衡机建设项目中的实际工作经验,对该机各部件的安装程序、工艺要求及关键的质量控制进行总结,以期为动平衡机的安装提供参考。
Dynamic balancing machine has been used for dynamic balancing testing rotor passes in rotating mode,it has higher requirements in the installation process and installation quality.In this paper,the writer summed up practical experi-ences in the installation process from the construction project of 32t high speed dynamic balancing machine,which provided the reference for the dynamic balancing machine installation.
