利用地波传播的基本原理,考虑到地球曲率、大气折射、海水介电特性和海情等因素的影响。
This paper presents an approach for computing the ground wave scattered on the sea, the attenuation factors including the effect of curved earth with a troposphere, the atmosphere refractive-index, sea constants and sea state et al are evaluated by using the theory of ground wave propagation. In the work, the estimation and feasible analysis of HF ground wave radar detecting range are investigated, and the approaches how to improve the detecting distance are discussed.
