摘要
定期采样,测定铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)茎干的鲜重、干重、含水率和多糖含量,研究其不同生长阶段茎干含水率及多糖含量的变化趋势。结果表明:铁皮石斛茎干含水率在整个生长周期内总的趋势是不断下降,下降速度逐渐放缓;铁皮石斛生长分为4个时间段:生长旺盛期、封顶积累期、萌芽开花期和失水萎缩期,其中前两个阶段茎干多糖含量不断增长,第三阶段是先下降再上升,第四阶段多糖含量迅速下降;铁皮石斛适宜在10～12月龄时进行采收。
Samples ofDendrobium officinale were collected periodically and determination were conducted on fresh weight, dry weight, moisture and polysaccharide content of the stems. The result demonstrated that the growth ofD. officinale could be divided into four stages. The polysaccharide content in stem increased continuously during the first two growth stages, and decreased a little then increased again during the third stage, and in the last stage, it decreased quickly. While moisture content in the stem of D. officinale decreased during the whole growth stage. The determination concluded that the best harvest time for D. officinale stem wasl0-month to 12-month.
