摘要
提出了一种用于雷达的微带天线单元的工艺设计及其实现。使用铜箔厚度为18μmm的衬铝板,通过工艺线宽设计,合理选择工艺参数,使用湿法刻蚀,抵消了侧腐蚀的影响,成功地制造出了面积为330mm×330mm的微带天线单元,其精度为+0.01~-0.03mm,满足了具体雷达的电讯设计要求。
Technological design and implementation of a radar microstrip antenna element are presented in this paper. A microstrip antenna element with area of 330mm × 330mm is developed successfully by using careful strip width design, proper corroding method, correct technological parameters and wet etching to eliminate effect of sideface corrosion, which satisfied the requirement of a particular radar with strip width accuracy of +0. 01---0. 03mm.
