摘要 随着内蒙古零售业的进一步发展与成熟,零售业之间的竞争开始步入白热化阶段。为了获得生存与发展,零售店不得不努力提升自己的核心竞争力。本研究认为,动态能力能集中体现零售店的核心竞争力。本次研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法,综合反映内蒙古零售主流业态的动态能力状况。为全面了解内蒙古零售主流业态的动态能力状况,研究主要探讨了人们对自己周边零售店的总体评价水平、内蒙古零售主流业态动态能力的主要测量指标和内蒙古零售主流业态的动态能力是否存在显著性差异三个方面的内容。 With the further development and mature of retail industry in Inner Mongolia, the competition among retail industry has started to enter the white hot stage. In order to obtain the survival and development, retail stores have to upgrade their core competitiveness. This paper thinks that dynamic capabilities can focus on core competi- tiveness of retail store. This paper comprehensively reflects the Inner Mongolia retail mainstream dynamic capacity by used quantitative and qualitative methods. This paper research mainly focuses on three aspects: The peoples o- verall evaluation level of retail stores to their surrounding, the main measurement indexes of Inner Mongolia retail trade of dynamic capabilities, and whether there is significant difference in the dynamic capabilities of Inner Mongo- lia's retail mainstream.
