摘要
UCP600是目前国际信用证标准化使用的最新规范性文件。UCP600相对于UCP500来说,对企业信用证结算主体的行为规范做了进一步修正,较旧的国际跟单信用证条例发生了较大的变化。信用证新的管控模式随之也就发生改变。文章基于UCP600探讨了对我国出口企业信用证结算的管控模式。
