摘要 针对传统以太网基于CSMA/CD(载波监听多路访问/冲突检测)通信机制带来的数据延迟、数据传输不确定性,以及单环路中某个节点故障时将影响全网的问题,提出了一种基于实时以太网的运动控制系统方案。该方案采用主从调度机制,避免了网络信道出现冲突的问题。同时,设计采用双通道冗余技术组建网络,使系统具有故障处自动环回功能,提高了系统的可靠性。在设计从站时,利用FPGA直接控制D/A转换芯片进行D/A转换,有效克服了软件编程控制时占用大量CPU时间的缺点,提高了系统的可靠性和集成度。该方案为实现高可靠性、高实时性要求的网络运动控制提供了一种新思路。 In order to decrease the delay in data communication caused by the communication mechanism of CSMA/CD on which the standard Ethernet base and overcome the problem that it will affect the whole network when someone cannot work in the single-loop, a solution of motion control based on the Real- Time Ethernet was presented herein. This paper employs a master-s/ave control mode to avoid the data conflicts in the network. Meanwhile, to improve the reliability of the system, the network is set up with re- dundancy in the double-loop. The slave is designed with FPGA,which control the D/A chip immediately without using much time. Therefor, a new method is provided for the networked motion control which need higher requirements for the reliability and real-time.
