摘要
在汽车产业中,传统条码系统由于其扫描过程依赖人工操作,条码表面受污损后无法识别,文章设计了一种基于RFID技术的汽车生产流程管理系统架构模式。在分析了汽车整车生产流程和RFID技术适用范围的基础之上,将RFID技术应用到汽车生产系统的底层中,构建一种新的汽车生产流程管理模式,并对汽车生产过程的相关信息存储方案和实现流程进行了研究。利用该系统架构在某汽车公司相应生产环节上进行应用实施,通过车体的自动识别和分流控制,实现了产品实时追踪与均衡生产。
In the automobile industry, Traditional bar code system due to its scanning process relies on manual operation, so when the bar code' s surface have been contaminated or damaged will cause not be identified. Therefore, we designed a framework mode of RFID technology in automobile manufacture process management. Based on the analysis of the automotive vehicle production processes and the cope of RFID technology can be applied to, applying RFID technology to the underlying operating system in the automobile production, building a new automobile production process management mode, and stud- ying the relevant information of the car production process storage solutions and implementation process. the system architecture was applied to corresponding production processes in an automobile company, through automatic identification and shunt control on the car body, the real-time product tracking and bal- anced production are realized.
