摘要
研究一种家禽专用溶菌酶对AA肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫器官发育情况的影响。结果表明:添加200mg/kg溶菌酶的试验组平均日增重,在15~21d和试验全期均极显著高于对照组,在22~28d和36~42d时显著高于对照组,在29~35d则极显著低于对照组。平均日采食量,在29~35d时极显著低于对照组,在36~42d时显著低于对照组;其他生长阶段和试验全期与对照组相比差异不显著。料重比,各生长阶段及试验全期较对照组均降低,其中22~28d和36~42d时差异极显著,试验全期差异显著。免疫器官指数,28d和42d较对照组均无显著性差异;但整体来看,除28d胸腺指数和42d脾脏指数外,其他免疫器官指数较对照组均有所提高,尤其是42d法氏囊指数提高63.64%。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the influences of dietary supplementation of lysozyme on growth per- formance and development of immune organs of broilers. The results showed that compared with the control, the treatment group fed with 200 mg/kg lysozyme had extremely higher ADG at 15 ~21 d and the whole experimental period, and significant- ly improvement of growth rate at 22~28 d and 36~42 d. ADFI of birds fed with lysozyme were obviously lower at 29~35 d and 36~42 d, there was no significant difference among the other growth stages and the whole trial period compared with the control group. F/G of the treatment group were remarkably lower at 22~28 d and 36~42 d, so in the whole test duration. The index of immune organs at 28 d and 42 d,compared with the control group, there were no significant differences But over- all, except for thymus index at 28 d and spleen index at 42 d, the other immune organs index all increased compared with the control group, especially the index of bursa of fabricius at 42 d increased by 63.64%.
