摘要
以某型船用燃机矩阵式冷却结构的涡轮叶片为例,进行了水流量计算及实验验证。该叶片工作环境约为850℃、压力为0.45 MPa。严格参照叶片设计图纸,分别采用一维、三维设计软件建立计算模型,进行了水流量对比计算分析。在此基础上,根据批量生产的叶片进行水流量数据试验,对比实验验证,计算结果最大误差为5.62%。
Water flux experiment is the most useful means to mean flow capability of cooling passage. This paper sets an example as turbine blade of shipping gas turbine matrix cooling configuration, calculates wa ter flux and validated. The work condition of blade is 850℃, 0.45 MPa. Calculating model is established by adopting one, three dimension design software, according to blade design blueprint. On this basis, wa ter flux experiment is done and validated by batch producing blade, and the residual is 5.62%.
