摘要 结合武器装备质量管理体制,采用基于"质量链"的装备质量管理体系构建方法,构建了武器装备质量工程基础数据环境建设框架,分析重点质量数据内容、基础数据格式,设计了质量特性基础数据表,为实现装备质量信息资源得到更深层次地开发和更充分地有效利用,装备全寿命周期质量水平的不断提高提供理论支撑。 Combined with the weapons and equipment quality management system, and based on "quality chain" method of establishing quality management system, this paper constructed the weapons and equip ment quality engineering environment construction framework based data, analyzed the key quality data content and data format. Quality characteristics of basic data table are designed, getting deeper for equip ment quality information resources development and effective utilization, which provides theoretical support for the constant improvement of the quality level of whole life evcle of equipment.
