模糊理论在装备经费管理效费决策模型中的应用研究

The Study of Decision Model About Equipment Funds Management Efficiency Cost Based on the Fuzzy Theory

装备系统效能和费用是装备研制、采购及维修保障决策的重要目标或制约条件,在保证一定的装备系统效能条件下使系统寿命周期费用最少是评估装备经费管理效益的重要准则;以模糊理论为指导,以优化装备系统效能、提高装备经费使用效益为目标,围绕装备经费管理的效费多目标决策这一问题,构建了决策模型,为进一步优化装备经费的管理,提高装备经费使用效益提供新的思路和方法。

The equipment system efficiency and cost of equipment development are the important goals or constraints of procurement and repair security decisionmaking. In the guarantee equipment system effi ciency under certain conditions the system life cycle cost is an important criterion to evaluate the least ben efit of equipment funds management. This paper, based on the fuzzy theory as the instruction, optimized the equipment system efficiency, improved equipmentfunds use efficiency, the equipment management of funds of costeffectiveness of multiobjective decision, and constructed the decision mould, in order to fur ther optimize the equipment funds management, improve the benefit of weaponry funds, and provide new i deas and methods.
