摘要
结合一个上下组合的模块化产品,介绍了对精度有较大影响的定位结构的设计,并应用尺寸链的方法分析其尺寸,通过反算法确定尺寸公差范围,通过查表确定尺寸的公差。这样的设计过程保证了产品精度,提高了研制的效费比。
Combined with an upper and lower set of modular products, this paper introduces the positio ning structure design of a greater impact on the accuracy, and applies a method of dimension chain to ana lyze the size. It determines the size of the tolerance range by reverse algorithm, and finally determines the size tolerances through a lookup table. This design process ensures the accuracy of the product, and im proves the benefitcost ratio of the development.
