Strategy of Quality Control for Raw Materials Based on Products Quality

原材料质量是保证产品质量的先决条件。为避免原材料的缺陷对产品质量造成的不利影响,结合实例,分析原材料缺陷存在的主要类型,并从原材料采购、材料验收、加工使用等方面提出原材料质量控制的策略,以确保原材料质量,提升产品质量,为企业制造高质量产品提供保障。

The quality of raw materials is a prerequisite of ensuring the quality of the products. In order to avoid adverse effects of raw materials＇ defects on the quality of the products, some living examples are lis ted according to the author , the main types of the raw material defects are analysed, the quality control strategies including the procurement, the acceptance, and the processing of raw materials are put forward. So that the quality of raw materials is ensured, quality of products are improved , and the security for the enterprise manufacturing high quality products are provided.
