摘要
采用微元法分析了管内黏性流体在轴向有流速状态下随测量管弯曲振动的黏性力及其耗能规律,推导了黏度与能耗之间的关系;在流量计原有测量电路的基础上,采用精密电阻功率测量法及DSP信号处理技术,实现了基于科氏质量流量计流体黏度的在线测量,拓展了科氏流量计的功能,并用试验进行了验证。
Using micro-element analysis method, the viscous force and energy loss rule of the viscous fluid were analyzed with the measuring pipe' s bending vibration when flow rate existed in the axial, then the relationship between the driving power and vis- cosity was derived. Finally, based on the original measuring circuit of the flow meter, precision resistor detection method and signal processing technique of DSP were introduced. The new circurt realized the real-time measurement of fluid viscosity and extended the function of the Coriolis mass flowmeter. Extensive experiments results illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
