摘要
为了实现精密机电设备控制系统中电机转速的精密测量,提出一种采用FPGA的高精度转速测量方法,该方法在等周期内测量光栅计数脉冲的基础上,对脉冲的截断误差进行测量,有效提高对光栅脉冲的测量精度,并给出了转速测量公式,测量系统提供并行及串行通信接口用于输出测量结果。
A method of precise rotate speed measurement with FPGA adopted was proposed to improve the measurement accu- racy of rotate speed in control system of precise electromechanical equipment. This method measures the pulse truncation error un- der the basis of measuring the number of grating pulse in equal period, and effectively improves the measurement accuracy of grat- ing pulse. A formula to calculate the measuring rotate speed is given. Measuring system provides parallel and serial communication interfaces for output of measurement results.
