摘要
裸丝加热热水器相较于传统加热管加热的加热效率的优势非常突出,是加热热水器的发展方向。本文深入分析了影响裸丝加热热水器安全性的相关因素,并提出了提高安全性的设计方法。本文提出利用低压配电网中的零线,实现裸丝加热热水器的"接零保护"新方法。"接零保护"的基本原理是将裸丝加热热水器的零线、零线柱和接零柱做可靠的电气联接,使零线成为地线的备用,防止出现因泄露电流对人体造成的伤害。在低压配电网中,在零线不断线的前提下,零线上有电压偏移远远小于人体临界安全电压,因此"接零保护"能够有效解决没有地线或者地线接地不好的问题。经过现场试验和实际运行,充分验证了本文方法的正确性。
Compared with the traditional heating tube, the advantage of the bare wire heating water heater is very outstanding in the heating efficiency, and bare wire heating water heater is the tendency in the future. This paper will achieve the neutral line protection of bare wire heater by using the neutral line resource in low voltage distribution network to improve the safety of the bare wire heating. The core of the neutral line protection is the shield of neutral line. When the electrical equipment is under normal circumstances, the neutral line and the column of neutral line will be connected to form a protection shield. In low voltage distribution network, when the neutral line is not broken, even though the load is unbalanced, the neutral line shield will cover the power line inside to ensure the safety of the heater. It is a form of grounding protection and will be one of the most secure and reliable protection in the bare wire heater.
