摘要
从双去甲氧基姜黄素的合成着手,以对羟基苯甲醛和乙酰丙酮为原料,经过亲电反应、萃取分离、重结晶等一系列的有机反应和分离步骤,最终得到双去甲氧基姜黄素。实验过程中,用TLC点板检测反应进度;最终得到的产品用熔点法检测其熔点,HPLC检测其纯度。结果表明,产品即为双去甲氧基姜黄素,纯度为99%。探讨了反应温度、药品使用量对最终收率的影响。合成成本低,产率高,不需要使用有毒药品和昂贵精密的大型仪器,适合工业化大生产。
This paper goes at the synthesis of bisdemethoxycurcumin, to the hydroxy benzaldehyde and acetyl acetone as raw materials, after electrophilic reaction, extraction separation, recrystallization and a series of organic reactions and separation steps, eventually bisdemethoxycurcumin could be got. During the experiment ,TLC is used to detect the reaction progress; melting point method is used to detect the melting point and the purity is detected by HPLC . The results show that product is bisdemethoxycurcumin with the purity of 99%. This paper also discusses the reaction temperature, drug usage, influencing on the final yield . The method has advantages over low cost, high production, and without toxic drugs and expensive large precision instruments, it is suitable for industrialized production.
