铁路高职院校校企合作共建行业特色实训基地实证研究——以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院接触网综舍宾训基地建设为例

Empirical Research of Practice Training Bases of Railway University-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

铁路高职院校光靠学院自身的力量不足以达到行业对职业教育的要求，通过加强校企合作，共建行业特色实训基地已经成为铁路高职院校发展的必然趋势，但仍处于探索阶段。本文以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院接触网综合实训基地建设为例，详细介绍该基地的建设规划、建设内容和预期效益，从而提出铁路高职院校应突出铁路专业特色，通过与行业企业合作共建行业特色实训基地建设是铁路高职院校将教育与生产劳动、社会实践相结合，培养铁路所需具备特殊技能的高素质技能型人才的有效途径。

Railway vocational colleges own strength alone is not enough to meet the requirements of industry of vocational education. Enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and building industry characteristic training base has become a railway must trend in the development of higher vocational colleges, which is still in the exploratory stage. This paper takes the contact network of Hunan Railway College of Science and Technology as an example. It introduces the base for the construction of the planning and construction content and the expected benefits, thus proposes that railway higher vocational colleges should highlight the characteristics of railway professional. Cooperation with industry enterprises industry is an effective means of high-quality skilled personnel, characteristic practice base construction.
