随着市场经济的发展，职教集团这种新型的办学模式孕育而生，他在推动职业教育发展的同时，自身也存在着某些问题阻碍职教集团的发展。文章以职教集团校企合作为出发点，深入挖掘集团内在潜力，探讨集团机制体制、资源共建共享及可持续发展等职教集团建设研究的重要内容。

With the development of market economy, vocational education group, a new school-running mode was born. When it promotes the development of vocational education, there also exist some problems which hinder the development of vocational education group. Based on vocational education group university- enterprise cooperation as a starting point, the article digs potential within group and discusses the contents of group mechanism system, resource sharing and the sustainable development of vocational education group.
