摘要
由于异步电机轻载时运行效率较低,为节能现提出了通过晶闸管调压来调节功率因数的大小,而实现电动机节能目的控制系统。实验表明,该控制系统具有较好的节能效果。
Aiming to the problem that asynchronous machinery has lower operational efficiency with light-load, this paper analyzes the energy-saving principle. Based on 89C51 single chip processor, the control-system is recommended that regulates the power factor through controlling the SCR to adjust the voltage, and then, realizes the energy-saving purpose of the motor. The experiment indicates that the control- system is adaptive, so energy-saving effect is good for the motors under the light-load and changed load.
