分析了军民一体化保障对装备核心维修能力建设的影响，指出加强装备核心维修保障能力建设的重要性；在界定基地级、中继级、基层级修理机构装备核心维修保障能力的基础上，提出加强装备核心维修保障能力建设的对策。

This paper analyzed the integration of military and civilian security equipment repair eftect on core capability building, and pointed out the importance of strengthening the core ability to maintain and repair the equipment, based on the definition of base level, intermediate level, basic level organization core ability to maintain and repair the equipment, it put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the core equipment repair support capability building.
