公民生态道德对生态文明建设的影响机理分析

Research on Impact Mechanism of Citizens' Ecological Ethics on Ecological Development

公民生态道德作为社会生态文明意识的一种表现形式,集中体现了公民对社会生态建设以及各种生态问题的态度、倾向、情感和价值观。本文从生态文明认知、生态文明参与、生态文明期望三个角度,阐述了公民生态道德对生态文明发展的作用机理,并从维护公民知情权、建立鼓励与监督机制、营造生态文明社会氛围、加强生态文明情感体验等方面提出了促进公民生态道德提升的对策建议。

Citizens＇ ecological ethics as a manifestation of social consciousness in ecological Clvlhzahon clearly reflects the attitudes, preference, feelings and values towards to social ecological development and various ecological problems. This paper illustrates the impact mechanism of citizens＇ ecological ethics in ecological de- velopment with three aspects .which are ecological civilization cognition, ecological civilization participation and ecological civilization expectation. In this paper, we give the suggestions about how to protect citizens＇ right to know. build up encouragement and supervision mechanism, develop ecological civilization atmosphere, enhance the emotional experience on ecological civilization, and how to raise the level of civic ecological ethics.
