河南省女子排球运动员能量消耗和需求研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用Senseware Armband测量河南省女子排球运动员能量消耗,了解他们的训练活动状况。受试者于优势侧上臂肱三头肌处佩戴Senseware Armband,连续5天佩戴测试能量消耗。女子排球运动员每日上、下午的训练时间均为120分钟左右,运动员上午训练的平均能耗在652千卡,平均代谢当量(METs)5.1;下午训练的平均能耗在706千卡,平均代谢当量(METs)5.9。女运动员在6天的连续测试中,训练能量消耗占总能量消耗的38.5%。女子排球运动员的训练活动水平存在着明显的个体差异,因此,在日常的训练中要有针对性地提高训练水平,同时实现女子排球运动员的合理营养和科学补充。 The article measures the energy consumption of Henan women’s volleyball players with Senseware Armband to understand their training activity.We place Senseware Armband on subjects’ lateral upper arm triceps,and let them wear the Senseware Armband on for five consecutive days to test their energy consumption.Women’s volleyball players’ training time every morning and afternoon is 120 minutes respectively.The average energy consumption in the morning is 652 kilocalorie,metabolic equivalents(METs) is 51 on average.The average energy consumption in the afternoon is 706 kilocalorie,metabolic equivalents(METs) is 59 on average.In the 6 days of continuous testing,female athletes’ training energy consumption accounts 38.5%for the total energy consumption.There are significant individual differences in women’s volleyball athletes training activity levels.Therefore,we should be targeted to raise the level of training in daily training,at the same time to achieve the reasonable nutrition and scientific complement to women’s volleyball players.
