摘要
针对机动车和行人流量波动较大的路段,定时控制会导致相位浪费,对现有人行横道感应信号控制方案进行优化,提出新的按钮式感应控制方案。该方案首先检测路段车流,根据车流情况选择采用行人优先方案还是机动车优先方案进行行人相位配时,两种方案都保证机动车最小相位,同时也考虑行人的可忍耐时间。
As the vehicle and pedestrian flow fluctuate largely, timing control will lead to the phase waste.It optimizes the existing pedestrian crossing signal control scheme, and carrms out a new outto^l type control scheme. Firstly, it detects the traffic flow of the road. Then it selects the pedestrian priority scheme or the traffic priority scheme according to the traffic flow. Both the pedestrian priority and the traffic priority scheme ensure the vehicles with minimum phase and the pedestrians endurable time.
