千鹅冲钼矿选矿及伴生元素综合回收试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对千鹅冲钼矿进行了选矿试验研究:粗选段采用混合浮选,一次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选得到钼铜硫混合粗精矿;粗精矿再磨后,一次粗选、七次精选、三次扫选抑铜硫浮钼,得到钼精矿;钼精选尾矿采用一次粗选、四次精选、两次扫选抑硫浮铜,得到铜精矿;铜尾矿采用一次粗选、一次精选、三次扫选,得到硫精矿;粗选段尾矿经两次磁选得到铁精矿。各产品指标合格,重现性好。 Mineral processing experiments were Mo-Cu bulk concentrate was obtained by once roughing carried out on Qianechong molybdenum ore, the , triple cleaning, twice scavenging. Then the bulk concentrate was ground and treated by once roughing, seven times cleaning and triple scavenging through inhibiting copper minerals, recycled from molybdenum finally the molybdenum concentrate was got. The copper concentrate was tailings by once roughing, quartic cleaning, twice scavenging, comprehensively recycled from copper concentrate was obtained from sulphur results have a good reproducibility. tailings by once roughing, once cleaning, and triple tailings by magnetic separation.
