System Architecture of Billing and Customer Care System for Mobile Communication

根据移动通信的特点和要求、计费方式面临的问题和挑战、移动通信网络的发展状况和远景规划 ,提出了建设移动通信业务支撑系统的建议 ,介绍了移动通信网络计费和客户服务系统 (BACCS)以及它的系统结构、系统功能关系、逻辑结构和数据采集系统。

This thesis suggests to construct a mobile communication service support system according to the characteristics and requirements of mobile communication,the problem and challenge mobile communication billing is facing,and the status and strategy of mobile communication networks.BACCS in mobile communication networks is introduced including its system construction,functional logic relation and data collecting system.
