当前海洋争端的形势分析与对策思考——“2013海洋强国战略构建高端圆桌会议”综述

Analysis of Current Marine Disputes and Suggested Strategies——Review of the High-level Roundtable on "2013 Strategic Construction of China's Marine Power"

维护我国海洋权益,构建海洋强国战略,是历史赋予我们的使命,也是当前我们面临的一个重要课题。近日,东中西部区域发展和改革研究院与上海大学等单位主办了"2013智库筑基中国梦——海洋强国战略构建高端圆桌会议"。会上,围绕"海洋强国战略"的主线,与会专家就"当前海洋争端的形势分析及对策思考"、"如何坚决维护和拓展海洋权益"、"如何构建国家海洋战略"等议题进行了热烈而深入的讨论,提出了应对和解决海洋问题的对策和建议。

To protect China＇s marine rights and interests and develop a strategy for its marine power building is both a mission and an urgent task that we need to undertake at this historical moment. Recently, “2013 Think Tank Building the Foundation of China Dream＇s： a High-level Roundtable on Strategic Construction of China＇s Marine Power” was jointly held by China Region Development ＆Retorm Institute and Shanghai Univer- sity and other units. Focusing on the central theme of “Marine Power Strategy,” experts held heated discus- sions on such topics as “analysis of current marine disputes and suggested strategies,” “ how to firmly protect and expand China＇s marine rights and interests,” and “how to develop China＇strategy of marine power building”. The participants also proposed suggestions and solutions for marine disputes.
