Unleashing the Dividends of Reform

我国改革发展进入新阶段,旧的改革红利逐步递减,新的改革红利正在形成。中国(海南)改革发展研究院课题组以释放改革红利为主题进行了深入的调查研究,形成了调查报告和研究报告,提出五大转型与改革:走向消费主导的转型与改革、人口城镇化的转型与改革、形成6亿中等收入群体的转型与改革、市场导向的转型与改革、以优化权力结构为重点的政府转型与改革。

As China＇s reform has entered a new phase, the old dividends of reform are decreasing while new ones are on the increase. The project team of China Institute for Reform and Development has conducted an in-depth research on the subject of unleashing the dividends of reform, and proposed five tasks of transfor- mations and reforms ： consumption-driven transformations and reforms, urbanization of the population, formation of a 600-million medium-income group, market-oriented transformations and reforms, and optimization of power structure in the government.
