摘要
将专利申请信息和专利法律状态信息同时纳入到专利组合分析模型中,弥补了单纯依靠专利申请信息在技术竞争情报分析中的不足。通过构建相对技术优势、加权平均申请年龄和加权平均存活年龄3个指标分别从技术强度、技术累积度和专利质量的角度全面反映分析对象的技术竞争力,识别出不同技术领域的技术领导者、技术跟随者和技术参与者。为企业制定研发和市场策略、产业和国家制定产业和科技政策提供参考。
Adopting both patent application information and patent legal status information into patent portfolio analysis model can over- come drawbacks of competitive technical intelligence ( CTII analysis based only on patent application information. RTA,yapp and yaliv indi- cators were constructed to comprehensively reflect analytic subjects' technological competitive strength from technical strength, technical cumulative degree and patent quality. Based on this model, technical leaders, technical followers and technical participants can also be i- dentified in different fields of technology which can give suggestions for policy makers and enterprises to make R&D and marketing strategy and industry policy.
