摘要
由于吉林石化分公司电石厂醋酐车间醋酸酐分离塔(筛板塔)提馏段腐蚀严重,检修困难,装置不能正常运行,提出采用精馏段仍然为原板式塔结构,提馏段为规整填料结构的新型混合精馏塔。采用工程模拟软件PROII对萃取精馏过程进行了模拟,模拟结果表明:计算数据与实际操作情况吻合,可以按照模拟情况对实际装置进行改造。
Considering acetic anhydride separating column's serious corrosion,difficulty in maintenance and improper operation in an anhydride plant,employing original plate column for the rectifying section and the structured packing for stripping section were proposed.Simulating the extractive distillation with PROII software shows that the equipment can be improved according to the simulation result because of the calculated data's agreement with the actual operation.
