摘要
设计了一种用于核磁共振测井仪的脉冲发射电路。利用AD5930产生脉冲数、持续时间和间隔时间可控的周期脉冲序列。采用场效应管H桥电路及专用的驱动芯片,提高了场效应管的开关速度,减小了激励脉冲电压的上升时间。实验表明:电路产生的脉冲幅度高、宽度窄,能有效地激励共振线圈探头,可以满足核磁共振测井的要求。
A pulse emitting circuit for NMR logging instrument was designed,which employs the AD5930 to generate pulses and the periodic pulse sequences which boasting of controllable time of duration and the time of interval.With the help of FET H-bridge circuit and driver circuit,this circuit can improve the switch speed of the FET and can reduce the rise time of the excitation pulse voltage.The experimental results show that the emitting circuit can well meet the requirements of NMR logging testing because it produces impulse with high amplitude and narrow width.
