摘要
全连续冷轧与常见的独立冷轧张力控制系统不同,需要更加稳定、可靠且抗扰性好的张力控制系统。对于不固定的系统,常规PID控制往往达不到满意的效果,为此对某1 700mm冷连轧生产线的张力控制进行研究,提出模糊神经网络PID控制方案,并通过MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真。结果表明:改进后的张力控制系统波动范围小,调节速度快,系统更加稳定。
The tension control system for completely continuous cold rolling is different to independent cold rolling's,it asks for the tension control system with stable and reliable performance and high anti-disturbance,and conventional PID control fails to meet an unstable cold rolling system.The tension control of a 1700mm 5-stand continuous cold rolling mill was researched to propose a fuzzy neural network PID control scheme.Simulation with MATLAB/Simulink shows that the improved tension control system works well because of its small fluctuation range,fast regulation speed and stable performance.
