摘要
为实现电动执行机构的精确控制与现场调试,提出了一种具有红外通信的智能电动执行机构控制器总体设计方案。对智能控制器主要模块硬件电路进行分析设计,采用红外通信建立手操器对控制器的现场调试和参数设置。介绍了红外通信协议数据帧的格式和数据诊断过程,并给出了软件的总体设计流程和红外通信协议实现。
In order to achieve both accurate control and field debugging of electric actuators,the overall design scheme for an intelligent controller with infrared communication was proposed,including the controller's main hardware circuit,its field debugging and parameter setting with hand operator and through infrared communication.The data frame's format of infrared communication protocol and the data diagnosis process were introduced,including the overall design flow of the software and the realization of infrared communication protocol.
