摘要
设计的流量计的节流装置为V形内锥式,该装置打破了传统的将流体通过节流装置收缩到管道中心轴线附近的概念,利用同轴安装在管道中的V形尖圆锥将流体逐渐地节流收缩到管道的内边壁,通过测量此V形内锥体前、后的压差来测量流量。这种V形内锥式流量计能在更短的直管段条件下,以更宽的量程比对洁净或脏污流体实现更准确、有效的流量测量。将基于单片机的内锥式流量计应用于舰船空气搅拌系统的气体流量的测量,实验结果表明:基于单片机的内锥式流量计具有体积小、重量轻、测量精度高和使用安全方便的特点。
The V-inner cone throttle device for the flowmeter was designed,which breaks the traditional con- cept of collecting the flow near pipe' s center axis through the throttle device, and gradually throttles the flow to pipeline' s inside wall via a V-cone coaxially-installed in the pipeline,and the flow can be measured by meas- uring differential pressure before and after the V-cone. The V-cone flowmeter can accurately measure clean or smudgy fluid in a shorter straight pipe and with more wide range. Applying MCU-based inner cone flowmeter to gas flow of the ship' s air mixing system shows that this MCU-based inner cone flowmeter has small volume, light weight, high precision and safety and convenience.
