摘要
以某制氢装置余热汽包的液位测量为例,介绍汽包液位的测量方法以及双室平衡容器差压液位计的结构、测量原理和密度补偿方法。同时分析了影响汽包液位测量准确度的其他不确定因素,并给出相应的对策。
Taking the water lever measurement in a boiler drum as an example,the water level measurement, structure ,working principle and the density compensation of the differential pressure level meter for double- chamber balanced vessels were introduced, and factors influencing the measurement accuracy were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were presented.
