摘要 在抽油井工况稳定时,抽油机的负载是周期性变化的。其工作载荷与交流异步电动机额定功率的不匹配,导致电机拖动系统运行效率低下,造成了能源上的巨大浪费。根据这一实际情况及目前机械减速器现状,设计了一种抽油机拖动系统模拟实验平台,通过控制磁粉制动器,实现对拖动系统的模拟加载。实验中拟选用若干种机械减速器作为动力传递单元,进行模拟拖动实验,为抽油机拖动系统正确选择机械减速器提供依据。实验平台采用S7-200PLC、工控机和相关传感器组成数据采集系统,来完成数据采集与分析。 In stable working conditions,the pumping unit' s load varies periodically. The mismatching of the working load and the rated power of AC asynchronous motors can result in low operating efficiency of the motor driving system. According to the actual situation and the fact of the mechanical reducer, a simulation platform for pumping unit driving system was designed to have simulated load implemented by controlling the magnetic powder brake. In experiment, several types of mechanical reducer were selected as the power transmitting unit to provide a basis for choosing proper mechanical reducer for the pumping unit driving system. To collect and analyze the data,the data acquisition system which consisting of $7-200 PLC,IPC and related sensors was pre- pared for the simulation platform.
