电磁场对循环水致垢水质参数的影响分析

摘要 基于自主设计的水处理技术抑垢及缓蚀性能在线评价实验台,研究电磁场对循环水的pH值、电导率、钙浓度和碱度的影响,结合化学反应方程和电磁抑垢机理对产生影响的原因进行分析,得出加磁后总碱度相对于钙浓度与电导率具有更密切关联关系的结论,并应用关联度分析方法对此结论加以证实。为建立电磁场参数与污垢之间的数学模型提供理论和实验依据。 Based on the independently-designed online evaluation and experiment device for the fouling pre- vention and corrosion inhibition in water treatment, the electromagnetic influence on circulating water parame- ters such as pH value and conductivity, calcium hardness and total alkalinity were investigated;and through having both chemical reaction equation and scale prevention mechanism combined in the analysis, the reason of this effect was analyzed to obtain a close relation between conductivity and total alkalinity. Correlation degree a- nalysis was applied to verify above-mentioned conclusion. This method can provide theoretical and experimental basis for constructing mathematical model between electromagnetic parameters and water parameters.
