安徽农村小学生源流失现象的调查——以长丰县为例

Survey on the Loss of Students Resource in Anhui Rural Primary Schools——A Case Study of Changfeng County

均衡、协调、可持续发展是教育发展的主旋律。由于城乡经济发展不平衡,导致教育资源的分布存在严重的城乡差距,农村小学在教学质量、办学条件等方面与城市小学相差甚远,加之城镇化建设和农村人口迁移等因素的影响,农村小学出现了比较严重的生源流失现象。以安徽省长丰县为个案,搜集该县农村小学生源数据,并对数据进行系统分析,了解该县农村小学生源流失的现状以及对城乡教育的影响,在剖析农村小学生源流失成因的基础上,探讨解决该问题的对策。

Balance, coordination, and sustainable development are the primary theme of education development. The imbalance of the economic development in rural and urban areas is responsible for a great gap in the distribution of education resources between urban and rural areas. The difference between urban primary schools and rural primary schools in teaching quality and conditions for running schools, coupled with the urbanization and the migration of rural population, results into the loss of students resources in rural primary schools. With the primary schools in Changfeng County in Anhui Province as a case study, data about the students＇ resources of this county was collected, calculated and systematically analyzed to provide information about the current loss of students＇ resource in this county and its influence on education. Finally, based on the analysis of the reasons for the loss of the students＇ resource, the paper explores the countermeasures for the problems.
