摘要
21世纪要求师范毕业生在语文素质、口语水平、知识系统与教学能力等方面具有专长,这显然不是普通话应试教育所能提供的。高师生的普通话真正需要的不是过级考试,也不是以普通话水平测试来衡量的规范化,而是要在规范的普通话表达中透出有鲜明个性和艺术色彩、有沟通实效、经得起社会考量的活口语。为此,高师普通话教学要在普通话的个性化、正式化、科学化和艺术化的目标引导下走素质教育之路。
In the 21st century, the graduates from normal colleges and universities are required to have good command of Chinese language, spoken Chinese, and have good knowledge and teaching ability, which is obvious ab- sent from the examination - oriented mandarin education. What normal college and university students' mandarin require is not the test for a certificate, or the normalization evaluated by mandarin test, but th.e proficient language skills accessed and acknowledged by the public -the standard spoken language efficient enough for communication. In view of this, quality education should be adopted in the mandarin teaching in normal colleges and universities under the guidance of the individualization, normalization and scientifieation of mandarin.
