摘要
人才培养是文化产业能否健康发展的重要内因,产业中的文化作为人与人、人与社会交流的产物,其传播方式在文化内容的形成过程中有着至关重要的作用。新传播媒介放之于高校艺术教育,必须从文化产业结构的高度去审视和认识它。只有在理解新媒介的传播方式和内在机制的基础上,引导教学双方认知产业链条,才能寻找到契合时代精神的教育和学习方式,培养出具有时代感知力的艺术文化人才。
Personnel's training is an important cause of the healthy development of culture industry. Culture is a product of man and man, man and social communication, and its propagation mode plays a very important role in the formation of the cultural content, new media among the artistic education in universities must be examined and understood from the cultural of the industrial structure angle. Only on the basis of understanding the spread of new media and internal mechanism, can we guide educators and learners to understand industry chain, to find the fit time spirit education and learning style, and to cultivate art persons with era awareness.
