摘要
袖阀管注浆法通过特殊的工艺分段、分次、间歇、定量地将水泥浆液注入杂填土地层的孔隙和松散层中,被加固土体通过水泥浆液的相互作用形成了上下连续且相对密实稳定的固结体,从而使得被加固土体的密实度增大、压缩性降低、抗渗性能提高,增强了地基土的整体性和防渗能力。介绍了袖阀管注浆加固作用机理、袖阀管注浆法施工过程及质量控制要点,该方法在某防洪墙工程基础底面以下杂填土地基防渗问题处理中的应用情况:工程施工完成后经两次洪水考验,防洪墙后未发生渗水、管涌和其他险情,加固效果显著;该方法加固处理后的杂填土地层的防渗效果显著,满足设计要求。
