摘要
突发性水污染事故不仅造成巨大的经济损失,而且造成社会的不安定和生态环境的严重破坏。以松花江水污染事件为例,通过对出库流量的控制,结合水质模型调算,得出污染物消减的耗时及相应的河道水位情况。采用数学公式计算出河道内的通航水位,与模型调算后的水位相比较,检验通过调度水库出库流量来稀释污染物时,其相应河道水位是否影响到河道的通航情况,从而确立水库应急调度总原则。
Water contamination accidents not only can cause enormous economic losses,but also can cause insecurity of society and severe damage of the ecological environment. Taking the water contamination accident of Songhua River for an example,through controlling the outflow of reservoir and combining the adjusted calculation of water quality model,this paper obtained the time consumed of pollutants reducing and the water level sit-uation of corresponding channel. Using mathematical formula to calculate the navigable water level of the river and comparing with the water level after the model adjusted calculation,this paper checked the corresponding river level whether could affect the navigation situation or not when dilu-ting pollutants by regulating reservoir outflow for establishing a general principle of the reservoir regulation during emergency.
