Applicating a Conneting Mechanism Between Administrative Execution and Criminal Justice in Dealing with the Fraud in Medical Insurance——Practice and Thinking Based on the Experience in Shanghai

危及医保基金安全的各种欺诈行为屡禁不止,打击医保欺诈犯罪任重而道远。上海在打击医保欺诈犯罪实践中,率先引入医保欺诈案件行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作机制,并取得了初步成效。

Various fraudulent acts which have occurred in medcial insurance system and endangered the safety of the medical insurance fund have not be banned effectively, therefore, stopping the crime of medical insurance fraud has a long way to go. To put the fight against the crime of insurance fraud into practice, Shanghai has initated a working mechanism which connected Administrative Exection with Criminal Justice, and a preliminary achievement has been made.
