摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,离子型表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,以超声波微波协同作用为辅助手段,合成了MCM-41分子筛,并通过XRD、N2吸附、IR及TEM对其进行表征.结果表明,超声波微波协同作用下合成的MCM-41分子筛较单纯超声波或微波条件下合成的样品结晶度有所提高,而且粒度小,分布均匀且分散性好.
MCM- 41 type mesoporous material was successfully synthesized under ultrasound- microwave synergistic Effect by using cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as the template and tetraethyl orthos- ilicate (TEOS) as the source of silicate. The as - prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FT - IR, TEM and N2 adsorption experiments. The sample results show that its crystalline was improved with the aid of ultrasound- microwave synergistic Effect for synthesize of MCM -41 mesporous material in contrast of that in the conventional hydrothermal system, as well as small granularity, uniform distribution and good dispersibility.
