永川秀芽的体外抗氧化及抗突变效果 被引量:1

摘要 对购买的永川秀芽进行体外抗氧化及抗突变效果评价。通过体外实验分析,研究永川秀芽的功能性效果。研究结果表明,高浓度的永川秀芽比低浓度茶具有更好的羟基自由基和DPPH自由基清除能力。1000 mg/kg浓度永川秀芽也表现出最好的抗突变效果。综合分析得出,一定浓度的永川秀芽具有较好的体外功能性效果。 The purchased Yong Chuan Xiu Ya tea was evaluated for its in vitro antioxidant and antimutagenic effects and In vitro experiments were conducted to check its functional effects. Research findings demonstrated that Yong Chuan Xiu Ya tea of high concentration showed better hydroxyl and DPPH radicals scavenging abilities than tea of low concentration; at the concentration of 1000 mg / kg,Chuan Xiu Ya tea also demonstrated the best antimutagenic effect. The comprehensive analysis of the results suggest that Yong Chuan Xiu Ya tea is of excellent in vitro functional effect.
