基于熵值法的四川省义务教育师资现状分析

摘要 运用熵值法与DEA模型对四川省二十一个地区的义务教育师资配置现状进行了定量分析。选取师生比、高职比、女教比与青教比四个教师配置评价指标,得出地区间初中比小学综合配置水平差异性大。而且各地区综合配置水平与配置效率之间并不存在一一对应,因此在实现资源均衡配置的同时,应该考虑提高资源配置效率,实现数量与质量上的双重均衡。 In this paper,the entropy method and DEA model were utilized for quantitative analysis of the current situation of compulsory education level teachers in the 21 areas of Sichuan province. Four configuration evaluation indexes were applied,including the ratio of students to teachers,the ratios of senior teachers,female teachers and young teachers in the total number of full-time teachers; the findings show that there are greater differences in middle schools than in primary schools in terms of comprehensive configuration in the same area. Moreover,correspondence does not exist between the comprehensive configuration level and the allocation efficiency in various areas; therefore,in the process of equal configuration of resources,the efficiency of resources allocation should also be emphasized for the achievement of a dual balance of quantity and quality.
