摘要
研究了油田污水注聚中配制聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液时Fe2+浓度、溶解氧及钢铁腐蚀等因素对溶液粘度的影响。结果表明,水中Fe2+和溶解氧是引起污水注聚粘度下降的主要因素,溶解氧导致污水管线钢的腐蚀将极大降低注聚粘度。配制的抗氧缓蚀剂有较好的缓蚀和增粘效果,30 mg/L时的腐蚀速率低于0.076 mm/a,100 mg/L时的增粘率可达93%。
Effects factors were investigated on the decrease of polymer HPAM viscosity in the oilfield water for polymer injection production, including Fe2+, dissolved oxygen and corrosion of steel. The result shows that the essential factors are the concentrations of Fe2+ and oxygen for the oilfield reinjection effluent, and both are concerned to the corrosion of wastewater pipeline steel. Corrosion inhibitors with oxygen resist- ance were presented and evaluated for the viscosity keeping and corrosion resistance. The viscosifying effi- ciency of 100 mg/L ND-I corrosion inhibitor reaches 93% and corrosion rate with 30 mg/L corrosion in- hibitor is less than 0. 076 mm/a.
